I’ve been a dad for 8 and a half years now. I have 2 little girls…ages 8 and 5. I also have 2 dogs but I’m not going to write about those 2 knuckleheads. I’m really not going to write much about my girls either. This one is more about me and maybe other dads that read this will realize that it is true for them also. I will make this short and simple but it should make perfect sense.
For 8 years I’ve tried to figure out what it means to be a dad and answer the question, “WHY am I a dad?”
I know the answer. The reason I’m a father is because I’m supposed to be one. MY KIDS ARE THE REASON I WAS BORN. I don’t think I need to explain that and I hope all the other dads out there feel the same way.
